are being devoted to keeping traffic moving as smoothly as possible.
Careful and strategic sequencing of multiple construction activities
will ensure that work-affecting traffic is coordinated. In addition,
the timing and number of lane and shoulder closures will be focused
on periods when traffic is lighter, such as overnight hours.
