The scrapbook is arranged by: pictures of the original bridge construction, current construction pictures, special feature, video, and future bridge renderings. The purpose of the scrapbook is to give the viewer an understanding of the Woodrow Wilson Bridge Project from a visual perspective. As the Project moves into the different phases of construction we will be documenting the progress in the scrapbook.
