View looking west at the Maryland approach to the Wilson Bridge. The new pavement (two white pickup trucks) is the inner loop local lanes which accepted traffic in mid-September. This switch will enable the contractor to begin the inner loop express lanes. The earthwork in the background is the approach for the second bridge, scheduled to open in mid-2008 and fully open by the end of 2008.
