This crane is carrying a pre-cast segment toward the barge (located on the pier system), which will take the segments to the pedestal for erection on the Potomac River. Each segment weights between 15 and 90 tons. As of March 31, 2005, 418 out of 616 segments have been pre-cast.

Description
