<p><strong>I-295 Interchange</strong><br /> View of recently installed tunnel for the bicycle pedestrian path near the Maryland shoreline. Workers are preparing to backfill the area. This path will go from National Harbor property across Rosalie Island onto the inner loop bridge and into Virginia (Washington Street in Alexandria, VA).</p>
