View of the bascule (drawspan) construction, workers have built the supports that will hold the forms, which in turn concrete and steel will be placed to form the new Woodrow Wilson Bridge. There are two sets of piers, on the east side and west side of the new bridge span that will be the new outer loop portion of the bridge.
