View looking towards Maryland of the Bascule (draw span) contract. The contract for the Maryland Approach is still mobilizing and constructing their staging areas. The Maryland Approach begins with the four pedestals and extends to the Maryland shore. There are six pedestals required for the draw span, three for the inner loop and three for the outer loop.
