<p>Workers forming a bridge structure as part of the I-295 Outer Loop Interchange contract. This is located between the Oxon Cove by Rosalie Island and the main portion of the Beltway and will carry Eastbound Outer loop traffic to MD 210. The future inner-loop contractor will finish up this ramp.</p>
