Bascule Spans
Workers on-site during a concrete pour for the Bascule Span Contract. The conveyance system which will ultimate send this concrete several hundred feet over the Potomac River and carried by crane onto the inner loop drawbridge section. This concrete is a light mix concrete that will become the part of the draw span leaves.
