View looking south at the installation of a tie-beam piece, which will be placed between the v-pier system. This will complete the inverted triangle which will ultimately hold up the steel and roadway for the inner loop bridge (Maryland into Virginia); which is scheduled to open in mid-2008. The work area is located in Jones Point Park, Alexandria, VA.
